Biotium Mix-n-Stain™ CF555 Small Ligand Labeling Kit
Mix-n-Stain™ Small Ligand Labeling Kits are designed for rapid labeling of low molecular weight (MW 150 -5000) ligands without a purification step. Suitable ligands or substrates include SNAP-tag, CLIP-tag™ and HaloTag ligand derivatives that have an aliphatic amine. CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Orange-red fluorescent CF555 dye has excitation/emission at 555/565 nm. It is suitable for labeling ligands for cell surface staining.
Biotium CF555 Tyramide
CF dye tyramide conjugates can be used for tyramide signal amplification (TSA), which is an enzyme-mediated detection method that uses horseradish peroxidase (HRP) to generate high-density labeling of a target protein or nucleic acid in situ. CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Orange-red fluorescent CF555 dye has excitation/emission at 555/565 nm.
Biotium CF488A Hydrazide
Our CF dye hydrazides are bright, extremely water-soluble and nontoxic. These properties make the dyes excellent fixable polar tracers for microinjection into cells. Hydrazides also can be used for labeling aldehyde or ketone groups, however, for this application we recommend using the more reactive CF dye aminooxy forms. CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Green fluorescent CF488A dye has excitation/emission at 490/515 nm.
Biotium Biotin Picolyl Azide
Biotin picolyl azide reacts with alkyne to form 1,2,3-triazole by 1,3-dipolar Huisgen cycloaddition through the use of a much lower copper (I) concentration without sacrificing reaction efficiency.

LICOR IRDye 800RS NHS Ester (0.5 mg)
IRDye 800RS infrared dye is an excellent choice for nucleic acid applications. This near-infrared fluorescence dye has good water solubility, but low salt tolerance. It is more hydrophobic than IRDye 800CW. IRDye 800RS NHS ester can be used to label the primary and secondary amino groups of DNA and RNA. Nucleic acids that have been labeled with IRDye 800RS can be easily purified by reverse-phase chromatography.
